Behavior Therapist

Key responsibilities

  • Implement direct therapy and individualized education plan as written and directed by Program Supervisor

  • Observe, facilitate and assess child's progress

  • Document behaviors objectively in child's program book and organize learning materials

  • Review professional publications and engage in professional sharing sessions

  • Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education and equivalent

  • Must enjoy working with children and has eagerness for continuous learning

  • Needs to be self-motivated, creative, analytical, energetic, positive and team player

  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in other languages is an added advantage

  • Possess valid driving license in Malaysia, possess own transport and is able to drive in Klang Valley

  • Previous experience in teaching field is an added advantage

 

Centre Coordinator

Key responsibilities

Facilities Management

  • Oversee the physical upkeep and maintenance of the centre.

  • Maintain a clean, healthy, safe and secure environment at the Centre.

  • Coordinate with service and utility providers to ensure operations are not disrupted.

  • Manage, track, and purchase centre supplies inventory.

  • Ensure a harmonious and pleasant working culture at the Centre.

  • Oversees compliance with all relevant licenses and regulations, including applications and renewals.

  • Produce monthly FM report.

  • Human Resources

  • Collaborate with HR Advisor to implement and update HR policies and guidelines.

  • Drive HR efficiency by conducting HR audits and surveys and analyzing HR data.

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the company’s recruitment cycle.

  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees.

  • Work with various partners to maintain a strong employer brand.

  • Support and guide the Business Admin in managing employee records, benefits, payroll data, and attendance.

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.

  • Produce monthly HR report.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • At least 3 years of HR experience or in leading teams required.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • This is an on-site role.
