Gan Huey Sien has worked in the United States and thereafter in Malaysia, working with children on the Autism spectrum and other related special needs. As the Founder and Principal of SEED Autism Services, and over 15 years of experience in the field, she has trained many behavior therapists in the country and has worked with numerous families. Sien is a staunch advocate of continuous learning and growth - a value she has instilled in every employee of SEED.
As the Founder Director, Sien is responsible in setting and organising the company’s directions, goals and programs.

HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS

At SEED Autism Services Malaysia, our Head of Departments provide crucial leadership and oversight for key areas of our organization. Our Head of Departments ensure that each department operates effectively and efficiently, yet cohesively together, contributing to the overall success of our mission to provide the highest quality of Autism services. â€‹

At SEED, these roles are held by Masters' Level Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with 17 years of experience combined.

CHUA SIN LY

Clinic Manager

MA in Child Psychology (UCSI, Malaysia)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Before pursuing her Master's degree, Chua Sin Ly worked as a preschool teacher. Thereafter, she developed her career in Autism intervention, progressing along the ranks of a Therapist to a Program Supervisor over the last 7 years. At SEED Autism Services, she leads the clinical operations, conducts skills assessments and oversees the training for parents and therapists. She firmly believes in providing quality intervention services, and that every child can learn when we hold ourselves accountable in the way we teach. Sin Ly is also the 2024-2025 Malaysia Association of Behavior Analysis (MABA) Treasurer.

ALEXA GOH

Program Supervisor

Before working as a Behavior Analyst, Alexa Goh had worked in Singapore in the field of research at the DUKE-NUS Graduate Medical School, while having co-authored and published peer reviewed journals. She then successfully progressed through roles as Therapist, Senior Therapist, and Program Supervisor over the next 10 years, deepening her expertise in Autism intervention. At SEED Autism Services, she leads various public engagement sessions, training programs and consultancy work. Alexa is also the 2024-2025 Malaysia Association of Behavior Analysis (MABA) President.

PROGRAM SUPERVISORS & COORDINATORS

The Program Supervisors at SEED Autism Services Malaysia play the role of overlooking programs that are implemented and are accountable for the training and performances of clinical staff, while Program Coordinators provide support in delivering the above. At SEED, these roles are held by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Qualified Behavior Analysts (QBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S).

BEH SOO LENG

Program Supervisor (Intake & Training)

Beh Soo Leng had previously spent several years working in the field in the United States before returning to Malaysia to do the same. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Autism intervention, at SEED Autism Services, Soo Leng is the key person who trains therapists. She also plans and manages Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) for her clients.

BELINDA PHANG

Belinda joined the field as an ABA therapist and has worked directly with families and children in the last 8 years, by providing 1:1 ABA services, as well as leading group therapies such as Social Learning Group and Play Clubs. As a Program Supervisor, she plans and manages IEPs and provides trainings for parents, therapists, and other members of the community. She firmly believes in being compassionate, and to help children with Autism meet their learning goals in a safe and supportive environment, in order to strive towards meaningful progress in their lives.

LEONG LING HUI

Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)

After completing her Master's in 2020, she returned to Malaysia to pursue her QBA credential. Initially working as a behaviour therapist, she now designs individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans, conducts skills assessments, and provides training for therapists on implementing individualised learning plans. Ling Hui believes in enhancing the quality of life for children with special needs through evidence-based practices.

BEHAVIOR THERAPISTS

Passionate, dedicated, fun and energetic, the Behavior Therapists at SEED Autism Services love their work and it shows in everything they do. They have tertiary studies background in Psychology / Education, and are further put through intensive training and supervision while at SEED Autism Services. They have the most contact with the children enrolled in our programs. Our Behavior Therapists are required to undergo the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) training within the first six months of employment.
