1. Course Enrollment and Cancellations:

• All course enrollments are final.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals, regardless of the time of cancellation.

 

2. ABAT Course Seat Transfers:

• In the event you cannot attend the ABAT training course, you may transfer your seat to another person and inform SEED Autism Services of the changes.

• This arrangement is not applicable to QASP-S or QBA courses as you appreciate that a thorough course consultation session had been conducted with you prior to enrolment.

• SEED Autism Services is not responsible for looking for a replacement candidate for you to transfer to.

 

3. ABAT Course Deferment:

• You may request to defer your ABAT training course enrolment to the next available ABAT intake if the request is made formally at least seven (7) days prior to course commencement date.

• A deferment fee of RM300 applies.

• Deferment is allowed one time only.

• Request to defer at shorter notice period is not allowed.

 

4. QASP-S / QBA Course Seat Transfers:

• Course seat transfer is not applicable to QASP-S or QBA courses as you appreciate that a thorough course consultation session had been conducted with you prior to enrolment, and we had run through all terms and conditions with you which are also available on our course brochure.

 

5. QASP-S / QBA Course Deferment:

• You may request to defer your QASP-S / QBA training course enrolment to the next available intake, subject to availability and approval by SEED Autism Services.

• Request to defer must be made in writing and must be accompanied by supporting documents.

• Regular fee applies for the semesters deferred.

• Deferment is allowed one time only.

 

6. Course Cancellation:

• SEED Autism Services reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event of a course cancellation by SEED Autism Services, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a full refund of the purchased training course amount.

• SEED Autism Services will not be liable for any additional losses incurred due to event changes, including travel and accommodation expenses.

 

7. Transfer / Deferment Process:

• To request a course transfer, please contact SEED Autism Services via e-mail or telephone as listed on the Contact Us page.
